Community submission policy

Submitting media gives RGN permission to review and display it on official community channels. Ownership stays with the creator.

Original and permitted

Submit only media you created or have permission to share. Everyone clearly featured should reasonably expect the scene to be shared.

Safe for the community

No harassment, hate, sexual content, doxxing, real-world personal information, targeted humiliation, or content that creates a safety risk.

Relevant and honest

Submissions should relate to RGN Roleplay. Titles and captions must not impersonate others, misrepresent events, or conceal paid promotion.

Reviewed before publishing

An Owner or City Official approves every submission. Rejected media stays private, includes a reason, and may be appealed during its retention window.

What approval means

Approval allows public display in the website gallery. Eligible JPG images may also be published to official RGN social channels.

What removal means

Removed media becomes unavailable publicly immediately. The private object is normally retained for 30 days for review or appeal, then becomes eligible for purge.

Legal holds

City leadership may pause deletion when evidence must be preserved for an active safety, ownership, or legal review.

What happens next

A visible review process.

    You receive a reference number. Do not submit duplicates.

    Official review

    An Owner or City Official reviews the content, context, and available records.

  3. 3
    Decision recorded

    The outcome, reason, reviewer, and any media-retention change are written to moderation history.

Report or request removal

Tell city leadership what needs review.

Use this form for community-standard reports, privacy concerns, copyright claims, takedown requests, or moderation appeals.

For immediate danger: contact the appropriate real-world emergency service. This website form is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Include enough context to investigate, but do not submit passwords, government IDs, home addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
